Good Morning Sisters and Elders!
Happy New Year!
As you know, every new year brings an opportunity for goals, growth, and change. You should have all heard by now that MLC set a mission wide goal that every area will have a baptism by the end of March. As members of MLC, we testify that this goal was spirit-led! To that end, we need heavens help and blessings.
This weekend, we invite every missionary to join in fasting and prayer that we will all receive heaven's help, additional insight, strength, faith, and wisdom so that this goal will become our reality - every area will have at least one baptism by the end of March.
President Nelson has promised, "As you continue to be obedient, expressing gratitude for every blessing the Lord gives you . . . you will be given the knowledge and understanding you seek. Every blessing the Lord has for you -- even miracles -- will follow."
Sisters and Elders, it is our prayer that each of us will become more obedient in thought, word, and deed. That we will look up and notice all of the blessings we receive daily. That our hearts will be filled with more gratitude in all things. That we will more fully express our gratitude to the Lord for all of our blessings. That we will seek for greater knowledge and understanding. That we will be blessed with miracles. That every area will see a friend baptized by the end of March!
